Project Overview
ITDG transformed a standard commercial shell into Pure Lit Studios—a boutique fitness concept built around an immersive, lighting-driven workout experience in Tucson, Arizona.
The tenant improvement required specialized electrical systems far beyond a typical fitness build-out: a custom LED lighting control system synchronized with the studio's class programming, professional-grade soundproofing to contain high-energy music, reinforced flooring for heavy fitness equipment, and an HVAC system engineered to maintain comfort during peak 40-person classes.
ITDG's in-house electrical division was instrumental in designing and delivering the integrated lighting infrastructure that defines the Pure Lit brand. The studio was fully booked within its first month of operation, validating the quality and precision of the build-out.

Project Objective

Our Approach
