ITDG completed multiple Firehouse Subs restaurant fit-outs across the Tucson market, delivering turnkey quick-service locations from shell condition to grand opening in just eight weeks per site.
Each build-out required intricate coordination of commercial kitchen infrastructure—grease traps, hood systems, high-capacity electrical panels, and brand-standard finishes—all executed within existing retail shells. By deploying dedicated in-house plumbing and electrical crews to each site simultaneously, ITDG kept all locations on parallel timelines without sacrificing quality.
The franchise owner realized a 20% cost savings compared to their previous contractor, and every location passed health inspections on the first attempt. ITDG was subsequently awarded the contract for all future Arizona Firehouse Subs locations.
