Project Overview
ITDG delivered multiple tenant improvement projects for the Arizona Department of Child Safety in the Tucson area, meeting the agency's rigorous government procurement, accessibility, and security standards—all within the state's allocated budget.
Each facility required purpose-built secure interview rooms with appropriate sight lines, private offices for caseworkers, and welcoming public waiting areas. The work demanded full ADA compliance, durable commercial-grade finishes rated for high-traffic government use, and strict adherence to state procurement rules throughout the construction process.
The successful delivery of these projects led to ITDG being selected for additional Department of Child Safety build-outs statewide, establishing a long-term relationship with the agency.
