Project Overview
At ITDG, we successfully completed the ground-up construction of a new Starbucks location by meticulously managing each phase of the project. We began with comprehensive planning, including site assessments and securing permits to ensure all local regulations were met. Our civil engineering team handled site preparation, including excavation and grading, setting the stage for the concrete work. Once the foundation was in place, our concrete specialists poured and cured the slab, followed by the framing team, who constructed the building’s structural framework.
With the shell completed, our electrical contractors installed wiring and fixtures to meet both functional and aesthetic requirements. Concurrently, our plumbing team integrated piping systems for water and waste management, ensuring efficient operations. Finally, our HVAC experts installed the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, optimizing comfort and energy efficiency. Throughout the process, ITDG’s project managers coordinated all trades to ensure timely completion and adherence to Starbucks’ high standards, resulting in a smoothly executed and successful project.
