Project Overview
ITDG completed a ground-up construction project for Starbucks at 3100 E Speedway in Tucson, Arizona. Delivered in July 2024, this new-build location sits on one of Tucson's busiest east-west corridors, providing the brand with a high-visibility, high-traffic presence along Speedway Boulevard.
The project encompassed the complete scope of ground-up restaurant construction—site preparation, foundation, structural framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and full interior and exterior finishes. The completed facility features a purpose-built drive-through lane, brand-standard exterior finishes, and a fully equipped interior ready for Starbucks' demanding daily operations.
This Speedway location is another in ITDG's growing portfolio of ground-up Starbucks builds in the Tucson market. Each project reinforces the trust that comes from delivering consistently—on time, to spec, and to the exacting standards a global brand demands.

How We Delivered
Project Objective
Delivering another ground-up Starbucks on a major Tucson corridor required meeting the brand's exacting standards for drive-through design, commercial kitchen infrastructure, and exterior presentation. The Speedway location demanded efficient execution to meet the opening timeline while building a facility that performs to the high-volume expectations of a premier Tucson corridor.
Our Approach
ITDG drew on our established Starbucks build methodology to execute the project efficiently from site work through final punch list. Our in-house electrical and plumbing teams installed the drive-through systems, commercial bar infrastructure, and kitchen plumbing to Starbucks' specifications. The proven approach allowed us to deliver a consistent, high-quality result on schedule.
