ITDG completed a ground-up construction project for Starbucks at 6960 E 22nd St in Tucson, Arizona, near the busy intersection of 22nd and Kolb. Delivered in early 2024, the new-build location gives Starbucks a prominent drive-through presence at one of Tucson's highest-traffic intersections on the east side.
The project encompassed the full scope of ground-up restaurant construction—site preparation, foundation, structural framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and complete interior and exterior finishes. The completed facility features a well-designed drive-through lane, brand-standard exterior, and a fully equipped interior built to handle the high-volume operations expected at this premium corner location.
