Delivered in early 2024, this new-build location features a drive-through lane and inviting outdoor seating area, expanding the Starbucks presence on Tucson's east side.
The project covered the complete scope of ground-up restaurant construction—site preparation, foundation, structural framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and full interior and exterior finishes. The completed facility was built to Starbucks' exacting brand standards, including the signature outdoor patio space, efficient drive-through infrastructure, and commercial kitchen and bar systems required for high-volume operations.
This project continues ITDG's track record of delivering ground-up Starbucks locations in the Tucson market, demonstrating the repeatability and reliability that national brands depend on when expanding their footprint.
