The project covered the complete scope of ground-up restaurant construction—site preparation, foundation, structural framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and full interior and exterior finishes. The completed facility includes brand-standard exterior finishes, an inviting outdoor patio for guests, and a fully built-out interior equipped for Starbucks' high-volume daily operations.
This 22nd Street location continues to build on ITDG's established relationship with Starbucks, delivering yet another ground-up build that meets the brand's rigorous standards while reinforcing our reputation as their go-to builder in the Tucson metro area.

In-house electrical and plumbing crews installed drive-through infrastructure, commercial bar systems, and kitchen plumbing to specification.
