Project Overview
ITDG completed a comprehensive Property Improvement Plan for Residence Inn by Marriott Sacramento Rancho Cordova in 2020. The 90-suite extended-stay property at 2779 Prospect Park Dr serves business and leisure travelers in the Rancho Cordova area near Sacramento.
The PIP included full renovations to guest suites—studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts, each with full kitchens and dedicated workspaces—and common areas: lobby and reception, 24-hour fitness center, indoor pool, and outdoor community space. Work encompassed new finishes (flooring, paint, millwork), updated kitchens and living areas, and targeted electrical work to support new furniture and features. The property remained operational throughout the renovation, allowing extended-stay guests to continue their stays with minimal disruption.
