Project Overview
ITDG completed a comprehensive Property Improvement Plan for Embassy Suites by Hilton Tucson Paloma Village in mid 2022. The 120-suite, three-floor property at 3110 E Skyline Dr sits in the Catalina Foothills with views of the Santa Catalina Mountains, near La Encantada and Paloma Village.
The PIP included full renovations to two-room suites and common areas: atrium guest lobby, bar and lounge, breakfast bar and dining, community seating, business center, conference and event center, lobby shop, fitness center, and outdoor pool. Work encompassed new finishes (flooring, paint, millwork), updated guest rooms and bathrooms (including accessible shower), and targeted electrical work. The property remained operational throughout the renovation, with minimal impact on guests.

Project Objective
Executing a full PIP for an operating all-suite hotel in a prominent Tucson location required renovating 120 suites and multiple common areas—atrium lobby, F&B, event space, fitness, pool—while meeting Embassy Suites brand standards and keeping the hotel open and bookable.
Our Approach
