With over 20 years of experience as a business owner in the painting industry, Mike Hubbard brings extensive expertise in construction management and property renovations. Since joining ITDG, he has served as a superintendent, initially overseeing hotel Property Improvement Plans (PIPs) and now leading hotel-to-multifamily conversion projects.

Mike specializes in coordinating multiple trades to ensure a seamless transition throughout the renovation process. His strategic approach enables properties to remain partially operational during renovations, minimizing financial disruptions while delivering high-quality results. His leadership and problem-solving skills make him a key asset to every project he manages.
