Hotel Property Improvements remain one of our specialties at ITDG. They typically involve fully renovating the rooms and common areas to include new finishes (flooring, paint, etc) and also move around some minor electrical to accommodate new furniture and other features. Most well known hotel brands have stipulations where the owner must update their properties every few years and our team will work closely with them to come up with a plan that ensures a smooth transition with minimal impact on hotel operations allowing them to continue booking guests while the renovations are ongoing.
