David brings over 40 years of expertise in the construction industry. He began his career as an electrical contractor with Williamson Electric in 1979, ultimately growing the company into one of Arizona’s largest electrical contractors, employing 400 professionals. Transitioning to General Contracting, David implemented a distinctive strategy by self-performing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services in-house, allowing clients to collaborate closely with the project team to design cost-effective solutions that align with their budgets.
David is dedicated to helping clients understand the value of MEP systems and their integration into specific project needs. He takes a hands-on approach, ensuring seamless coordination among the in-house team on each project to maintain schedules and stay within budget.
