ITDG successfully transformed the former Pei Wei at 845 E University Blvd #135 in Tucson, AZ, into the city’s first Brandy Melville location, delivering a seamless and high-quality tenant improvement project. Our team managed every aspect of the renovation in-house, ensuring a streamlined process and exceptional craftsmanship. From initial demo to final finishes, we handled all commercial trades, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and custom interior build-outs, to create a retail space that aligns with Brandy Melville’s signature aesthetic.
The project required significant modifications to repurpose the former restaurant layout into a modern and inviting retail environment. Our expertise in commercial renovations allowed us to efficiently reconfigure the space, install new flooring, upgrade lighting, and enhance the storefront to reflect the brand’s minimalist yet stylish design. Attention to detail was key, as we integrated custom shelving, fitting rooms, and aesthetic enhancements to create an immersive shopping experience.
